D-KOY was lovingly conceived on a pile of rotting waste, in a forgotten mill in the slums of Mabgate, Leeds. Part machine, part spirit, it never stops, never ceases to amaze and never plays three chord wonders (not usually anyway). It eats banality for breakfast, and splits out the cheese. The aftertaste continues to exhilarate, inspire and enlighten. Seb and Sam drifted for a while in search of the right people to suit their highly original, empowering and downright pumping music. When they met Jimmy and KC, their search was over. Chemistry bursts through every tune, every riff, every phrase showing stunned audiences the energy, impact and exhilaration of what has now become known simply as ‘D-KOY’.
